Supervisor Linda Langston Endorses Stacey Walker, will you join her?
I am proud to have the support of Linn County Supervisor Linda Langston. Linda has served our County well over the last 13+ years. She leaves big shoes to fill. With your help, together we can continue the great work Linda has done for Linn County.
Will you join Linda and a growing list of community leaders by endorsing my campaign?
“Stacey has shown great ability to be a collaborator which is needed as the county strives to build partnerships with the cities, and it’s many not for profit partners.”
It is my distinct pleasure to offer my endorsement of Stacey Walker for the District 2 seat on the Linn County Board of Supervisors. Stacey brings a fresh approach to his interest in serving, as well as a high interest in listening and learning what the job entails. I have known Stacey since he was at Washington High School and have followed his career. I believe as the first African American on the board he brings much needed diversity. His perspective will also help address many of the issues the county faces in human services and mental health. He has shown great ability to be a collaborator which is needed as the county strives to build partnerships with the cities, and it’s many not for profit partners. Stacey brings a background in business and philanthropy which will also be beneficial to the county in the future.
I have been pleased to see how many local electeds and officials have also endorsed Stacey Walker. I encourage the people of District 2 to take the time to get to know Stacey and attend one of his events. I am so pleased to offer my endorsement to Stacey Walker and I hope you will add your name to mine and support his campaign.
